How do you approach a new project
When we approach a new design or print project, we start by understanding the brief—your goals, target audience, and any brand guidelines. From there, we develop initial concepts and layouts that communicate the message clearly and effectively.
We then share drafts for feedback so we can refine the design together until it’s exactly right. For print projects, we also ensure all files are prepared correctly for production, including colour, bleed, and resolution, so the final result prints perfectly.
Throughout the process, we focus on clear communication, thoughtful design, and delivering a high-quality final product that meets your objectives.
What is your project timeline?
Project timelines can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work, but we always aim to keep the process efficient and clearly communicated. Typically, once we receive the brief and any required content, we begin the design stage and share initial concepts within a few working days.
After that, the timeline depends on the feedback and revision stage, as we work closely with you to refine the design until it’s approved. Once the final artwork is signed off, we move into print production, which is scheduled to ensure a high-quality result and timely delivery.

How much do your services cost?
The cost of our services depends on the scope of the project, including the type of design work required, the size of the print run, materials, and finishing options. Because every project is different, we provide tailored quotes to ensure you receive the best solution for your needs and budget.
Once we understand your requirements, we’ll prepare a clear and competitive quotation outlining all costs upfront, so there are no surprises. Our aim is always to deliver high-quality design and print that provides real value for your investment.
What platforms do you work with?
We work with a wide range of platforms depending on the project. For design, we primarily use industry-standard Adobe software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom to create professional, print-ready artwork. We also prepare assets for websites, social media, and digital marketing.
Our focus is ensuring that all artwork is properly optimised for both print and digital use.
